In-store purchases

All new full price clothing and shoes may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, tags attached and be accompanied by a receipt. All sale items, accessories, "previously loved", furniture and found items are a final sale and may NOT be returned.

Online Orders

Because you are not able to try on new items, you may return your unworn full price clothing items with tags attached within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to you. Please note: All accessories, jewelry, found items, sale merchandise and "previously loved" clothing are a final sale and may NOT be returned.

If you would like to exchange any full priced items for another size/color, please reach out to us (info@jackalopeliving.com or 207-803-8651) so we may place the item(s) on hold for the exchange.
